: Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order ships, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping service selected. You’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your Chill all the way to your door.
: Right now, shipping is on us. Chill is currently covering standard shipping costs on DTC orders, so you can get Chill delivered straight to your door without an additional shipping charge.
: Yes. Because Chill is alcohol, someone 21 or older must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. Alcohol shipments cannot be left unattended at your door. If you won’t be home during the day, consider shipping to an address where an adult 21+ will be available to receive it.

: Yes. The person accepting the delivery must be 21 or older and may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID to the delivery driver.
: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. You can use the tracking link to follow your shipment and see the expected delivery date.
: We take care in packing every order, but if your Chill arrives damaged, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Include your order number along with photos of the damaged bottle and packaging so the fulfillment team can review the issue and help make it right.
